Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre has unveiled a new tool to keep buyers and sellers ahead of the game when it comes to pursuing the fast-moving property market.
The Centre has introduced a state-of-the-art PSPC mobile website, designed to give mobile phone users instant access to the core information available on the main PSPC site.
The ground-breaking system, designed by Blue Square Design, will allow potential buyers who are out and about to tap into the fast-changing property market via their mobiles.
Anne Begg, PSPC Manager said, "As well as the personal service for which we are known, we are always eager to embrace technology to ensure clients enjoy the best possible all-round marketing package. Our website witness weekly hits escalating at a rapid rate so it seemed fitting to make the site even more accessible - via a mobile phone."
Users will be able to search the PSPC property database on-the-move, view property schedules and quickly email or phone the relevant solicitor to express an early interest in their chosen properties.
Crucially, the site has been specially designed to be viewed on a wide range of 'smartphones'.
Anne explained, "Until now, while all smartphones have web browsers, the physical size of the screens had made it challenging for users to quickly view and access information being presented on traditional websites. This had limited the usefulness of the PSPC website to people on the move. But, by creating an entirely independent mobile website, the detail of every schedule will now be easy to scroll through and digest word-by-word, speeding up the process for those buying or selling."
Rather than be tied to a specific phone by developing, for example, an iPhone, Blue Square have developed the PSPC mobile site to work across a wide variety of smartphones, including the iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, Windows Mobile, HTC and Android handsets to name a few. This will enable the mobile site to be accessed by the widest possible audience.
